Who would have thought you get help by drinking a glass of orange juice. More energy, extra nutrients and minerals.  

If you are thinking that a Mimosa counts for your daily in take of orange juice think again.  The Recipes I found call for either two ounces of orange juice or ¼ cup.  Hardly what would be considered a serving of orange juice.  You need 8 ounces.  Sorry to disappoint some of you.  Oh in case you wanted the recipe I found it said: 

 ¾ cup of champagne, chilled
 ¼ cup orange juice.

They can either make the arrangement for you or you can do it yourself. Here are some tips to remember. It's up to you to decide on the style of centerpiece you want. You want the centerpiece colors to blend well into your wedding theme. Size matters. How large a centerpiece do you want? This is a really important question for several reasons. You have probably spent a lot of time with your seating arrangements. Who sits where. How well would they get along with one another. You want them to enjoy each others company. What does that have to do with your floral wedding centerpiece? Let's say you choose a large very full wedding centerpiece that takes up the majority of your table how well will your guests be able to communicate with each other. If your guests can't look over at one another how can they benefit from all the hard work you put into seating them with people they'd have fun with and enjoy?


Here's the really great thing about planning your wedding. One of the ways you can make sure of this is by hiring the right florist.  Ask questions such as "How fresh are your flowers"?  "When does my bouquet get made"?  "How are they delivered"? "When are they delivered"?

Let's say that you want to make your own bouquet.  Again quality flowers are a must.  You also need to make sure that if you purchased the flowers the day before in order to make them yourself they need to be kept in the refrigerator in water.

The type of flowers you choose are totally up to you and depend on your style.  

There is also the option to have silk flowers.  Silk flowers have come a long way and if you didn't know it you couldn't tell like the ones in the image below! Your silk flowers can be as full and fancy as you like.  The possibilities are endless.

Whether you choose real flowers, silk or a broch bouquet choose what will be an accent to your wedding dress.  You never want a bouquet that is overpowering you or the dress.  

Tip:  Your wedding bouquet should be no bigger than your head.
