When you are in the planning process no doubt you realize just what a hard job it actually is. You not only work full time but you are running around like a crazy person trying to meet with vendors, work on guest lists etc. You name it you are doing it. It’s very easy to let nutrition fall by the way side. This is the time you really need to keep your body in check. You don’t want to become run down or sick because you aren’t eating the right amount of fruits and vegetables. Don't forget that stress can cause you all kinds of problems.
If you are thinking that a Mimosa counts for your daily in take of orange juice think again. The Recipes I found call for either two ounces of orange juice or ¼ cup. Hardly what would be considered a serving of orange juice. You need 8 ounces. Sorry to disappoint some of you. Oh in case you wanted the recipe I found it said:
¾ cup of champagne, chilled
¼ cup orange juice.
After reading this do you think you'll add a glass of orange juice?
